Christmas has a way of peeling back the layers of the everyday to reveal something deeper. For Scalo Milano, we imagined a journey through a place that has completely shed its daily skin, trading its usual pulse for the glowing, quiet magic of "Palazzo Incanto." It’s a story about stepping across a threshold and discovering that, during the holidays, even the most well-known paths can lead to a world of pure wonder.

The human sweat behind the spark
Algorithms don’t understand charm; people do. To give our characters real life and a consistent look, we spent weeks in the studio breaking and rebuilding the animation.
It wasn’t about a lucky shortcut—it was a long process of trial and error to make sure every expression felt genuine and every movement felt right.
The process
Directed, not just generated
In this project nothing happened by accident. We treated the AI like a high-end lens, not a replacement for our eyes. Every shadow, texture, and corner of the world was steered by hand to make sure the final result felt alive and served the story perfectly. It’s a tech-driven project with a craftsman’s DNA.
